What is your return policy?

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on products that have been opened. Unopened items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, unused and in their original packaging. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any questions you may have about your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within Canada and the United States. For orders outside Canada, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply—Kat & Jo is not responsible for these charges.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. Your payment information is secure and encrypted for your protection. All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars.

Where can I find the ingredient list and its benefits?

All of our ingredients are sourced within Canada and are certified 100% pure and organic. Visit our shop page and click on each product to find out the magic mix and the benefits each ingredient provides.

How long will it take to process and ship my order?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Estimated delivery is within 5–7 business days once shipped.

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat fee shipping price of $6 per order, and orders over $60 ship free. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at KatandJoProducts@gmail.com with your order number and we will make it right.

Yes. Our Glow Line was created for kids, teens and tweens—100% pure organic oils that parents can trust entirely, with simple routines that moisturise and repair in one.
